The studio, and the hands behind it

TuneUp is a one-room skin studio in Olmos Park, opened in 2023 by Brittany Franco. Here's a little about her, and about the way she works.

Care that goes deeper than a quick glow

After ten years of practice, Brittany opened TuneUp Skin Studio in 2023 on a simple idea: treating your skin should be something you look forward to, not another item on the calendar.

Her treatments go past surface-level care. She reads your skin first, then chooses the peel, masque and tools to match what she finds, working toward a genuinely healthier complexion over time.

Every session closes with her signature sculpting and lifting face massage. It's the part longtime clients request first, and it's meant to leave you glowing and rejuvenated long after you've left.

Before opening her own room, Brittany worked in day spas and medical spas and trained in European massage. That mix shows up in every appointment: the ease of a spa, the habits of a results-driven clinic, and hands trained to work with muscle and lymph rather than the surface alone.

One room, one guest at a time

No front desk and no crowd. Just open shelves of the products she trusts, soft light through the trees, and treatments that take their time.

So cute and cozy! Felt very comfortable.
